club rules

The statutes of a sports club are the fundamental set of rules that define the organization, objectives, and procedures of the club. They serve as a legal basis and are required by law in Germany for registered associations (e.V.) (§ 57 BGB).

In addition to typical content such as the name, registered office, and purpose of the club, as well as information regarding membership, financing, organs, etc., they also contain the rules of conduct that we embody and expect from our members.
