Parent-Child Gymnastic
Parent-child gymnastics classes are held in sports halls and gyms.
These courses combine movement education content with a bonding-oriented approach in which parents and children are active together.
Insight into a possible course structure and its benefits:
• Joint introductory game
• Free and guided movement at obstacle course stations
• Joint final game
The following skills are promoted, among others:
• Rolling (forward/backward)
• Jumping, climbing, balancing
• Grabbing, throwing, and playing with balls of different sizes and weights
• Movement experiences with mats, ropes, and large equipment
Variable course elements and different movement spaces provide children with a wide range of sensory and motor stimuli.
The focus is on movement safety, body awareness, self-efficacy, and strengthening the parent-child bond through shared experiences in a protected environment.

Sunday – guided and free play with Ronja
Ronja always likes to invite you to a short welcome session at the Sunday classes to start the class together with a short movement game. Afterwards, you can work your way through the movement stations, which are usually linked to a specific theme such as “the floor is lava,” “we're going on a treasure hunt,” “monkeys romp through the forest,” and so on. Just like on Thursday, you can also work your way through the movement stations freely or grab some sports equipment.
The first two courses are primarily intended for the youngest children, the middle ones are for slightly older children, and the last two courses are more for children who enjoy movement. However, since children also learn a lot from each other, no one is excluded, and you are welcome to try the afternoon course with a younger child, for example.
