Daycare sports

In the area of children's sports, age-appropriate exercise programs are carried out in cooperation with daycare centers.

The focus is on developing coordination skills, training body perception and body awareness, and playfully recognizing and experiencing one's own body schema.

Key content includes:

• Basic forms of movement such as running, jumping, rolling, and balancing

• Targeted jumping and safe landing

• Promoting body stability and balance

• Building self-confidence in one's own motor skills

The activities are designed to prepare children for school sports and give them a positive, fear-free introduction to exercise. They are explicitly intended as a low-threshold stepping stone before children decide on a specific sport (e.g., soccer, basketball) – or develop a lasting enjoyment of exercise independently of this.
